New Members
• After joining this Forum, the Administrator will approve your members to Newbie Status. Your membership will be activated to Jr. Member once you have introduced yourself in the Forum. Please note that as a Newbie member you will have restricted access in the Forum.
• We allow you 1 week for this introduction. If you do not introduce yourself within this time period, your membership will be deleted
Participation in the Forum
• We do not expect our Members to participate on a daily basis, but we do want to know you are there.
• We expect our Members to post at least once a month.
• Be a good participator and take the time to read and reply to what others have written in the Forum.
• If you start a thread or upload a card, then take the time to return and reply to the comments left by members.
• If you see or read something that inspired you, then leave credit where credit is due and share this with the member.
• The Administrator allows herself the right to delete non-active members, without prior warning.
• Access to various areas of the Forum (eg private chat areas) depends on the status of your membership. This being…..

Privacy and Disputes
• Only Full members have access to the private chatting areas of the Forum.
• Please keep the following rules and guidelines in mind when posting in this area.
1. We suggest you do not reveal your real identity in the public Forum.
2. Please refrain from starting conversations of a personal nature. Remember, you don’t know who else is reading your message.
Newsletters and Valid emails
• The Administrator allows herself the right to send Newsletters including advertising of new Products on a regular basis. By joining this Forum you agree to this automatically.
• All members must have a valid email address showing in their profile. Members with email addresses that return (bounce) will be deleted immediately.
Rules about uploading Cards
• This is a card making forum owned by Ann’s Paper Art, it is therefore the owner’s wish that only cards made using Ann’s Paper Art Stitching Patterns are shown in the Forum.
• By uploading a card in the Forum, you agree to give Ann’s Paper Art the permission to save any cards she wishes in her own Card Gallery. This Gallery is used to promote her Stitching Patterns. Credits are of course given to the Card Maker.
• Members are permitted to put links to their private card making galleries in their profile and signatures.
• Members are allowed to announce new cards (using all techniques) and add links to their own card making gallery in the Forum.
• Discussions, tips and tricks on cards with all card making techniques are welcome.
• Should you upload cards in the Forum, please take the time to return and reply to comments left for you by members.
Advertising
• Commercial Advertising in the Forum is NOT PERMITTED without prior permission by the Owner.
• Members are NOT permitted to Spam other Members. All members doing so will be deleted and BANNED from the Forum.
